1 It is the artist / representative responsibility to deliver artworks to the said appointed venue (exhibition) on the said appointed day and time.

2 It is the artist / representative responsibility to collect their artwork on the said appointed day from the exhibition venue or another collection point if previously arranged.

3 Although every care is taken, Art Under The Sun does not take any responsibility for loss or damage, theft or fire to any artwork.

5 All artworks must remain for the duration of an exhibition.

6 Our (Art Under the Sun) discretion on any artwork to be dispalyed is final (either website or exhibition).
